Information

The car park is operated on a registration plate recognition camera system and is charged at hourly rates which are discounted to £18.00 per night for Hotel Residents. Please provide the reception team with your vehicle registration if you have not already done so during check-in. The charge will then be added to your bill. If you would like to leave your car in the car park on your day of departure past 12pm then please speak with the reception team for this to be arranged.

Pets are charged at £30 per pet per stay. Unfortunately pets are not allowed to dine in our Carter’s Restaurant, but they are allowed in our Frederick’s Lounge & Terrace area. Kindly do not leave your pets unsupervised in the rooms all alone.

During your stay we are providing an assisted breakfast buffet in our Carters Champagne Bar and Grill.

Served from 7am – 10am Monday – Friday, and 7am – 11am on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays.

If you do not have breakfast as part of the package the cost is just £16.95 and is payable in the restaurant should you wish to dine.

Frederick’s Lounge & Terrace is open daily from 9am till 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 11am till 1am on Fridays and Saturdays

We offer a variety of beverages and dining (including room service) available from 12pm to 11pm daily (24hr options available)

Carters Champagne Bar and Grill is open for dinner from 6pm to 9.30pm, booking is highly recommended.

The Harrogate Spa is open daily from 7am – 9pm. Treatments and Day Packages are available to book from 10am – 6pm, subject to availability.

Access to the Spa includes: towels, lockers, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Experience Shower, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Outdoor Jacuzzi, and Swimming Pool. You can also relax in our Spa Lounge, Terrace and Zen Garden, food and refreshments are available to purchase from our Spa Menu.

Guest access to The Harrogate Spa is available from 3pm on day of check-in. Children’s swim times are 7am – 9am & 4pm – 6pm daily, subject to availability

Please expect a high volume of families using the pool areas during weekends and school holidays during the above times.

Wi-Fi is free for Hilton Honors members. Please connect to the Hilton Honors network and use the last name on the reservation and room number, the system will automatically recognise your membership. If you are not a member yet, you can sign up for free using the online form or with our friendly Reception team, otherwise connection fees will apply.

If you have lost any items during your visit, please complete this form and a member of the Housekeeping Team will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that a £15 postage fee applies and that the hotel doesn’t take responsibility for any items left behind.
